Event Organization Committee

Is responsible for preparing and organizing any event/meeting held by the acmASCIS chapter.



  • For events/meetings held inside the faculty, the committee should decide the most appropriate times for the target audience (i.e acm members, public, etc…).
  • Reserve the required facilities (i.e lab, lecture hall, etc…) for the event/meeting by taking permissions and doing any paper work required.
  • Make any required trivial art work for guidance and illustrations during the event.
  • Decorate the place where the event occurs with the appropriate decorations if needed.
  • Buy any needed materials to hold the event.
